Description
The cutting edge geometry of this tool is optimised for machining foam without fringing its vertical edges. The cutter’s tip is grinded in a way that always smooth surfaces are achieved when you mill pockets. An especially steep spiral flute enables an efficient clearance of chippings, also if deep slots are milled at high feed rates.
Fields of Application
Specially suitable for machining foams of polyethylene (PE) and polyurethane (PU).
Practical Tip
If machining residues of the foam should remain on the cutting edge, we recommend to use a cleaner on acetone basis.
