Description
The cutting edge geometry of this tool is optimised for maching in foam without fringing the vertical edges of the foam. The cutter is grinded in a way at its face so that plain surfaces are achieved when milling pockets. An especially steep winding of the chip flute enables an efficient clearance of chippings, also if deep slots are milled at high feed rates.
Fields of Application
Specially suitable for machining foams of polyethylene (PE) and polyurethane (PU).
