Description
Tools with a diameter of up to 8 mm have 4 cutting edges, tools with a diameter of 10 mm or more have 5 cutting edges. These tools always have a TiAlN special coating for a longer endurance and a top angle of 60 or 90 degrees. In contrast to conventional deburring tools, this type can also be used at high rotational speeds for deburring or chamfering all kinds of contours quickly.
Especially when you use larger tool diameters with a high frequency spindle, it is recommended to use this special tool type due to its very little unbalance. The life of the spindle will be prolonged and your results will be improved.
Fields of Application
This tool is optimally suited for deburring and chamfering plastics, non-ferrous metals and steel.
