Model Variant CAM 5-02 Impression
If you would like to produce drilling templates or undercut bridgeworks in the dental sector, we recommend to use the model variant CAM 5-02 Impression. With a special fixing device the blank will be rotated steplessly up to 360 degrees on the plane of the fixing device. The locking will be performed by a compressed air impulse. So you can reach positions with the milling cutter which are not accessible during four-axis operation. The five-axis extension is also retrofittable.

Minimum Quantity Lubrication
Using an electronically controlled minimum quantity lubrication, you can also process harder sorts of metal. This improves your results and extends the endurance of your tools. This optional external unit with liquid tank and instruments is also retrofittable.

Dental Suction Unit with Fine Filter
For machining zirconium oxide and other materials where fine dust particles are being produced, we recommend to use a suction unit with fine filter, for instance Zubler V6000 which is quiet as a whisper and has a space-saving tower housing.
Cabinet
On request, there are also stable cabinets available which offer much space for your workpieces and accessories. Its massive granite plate underlines the high-value appearance of your system.

All of the compact Impression table systems impress by their high-quality components like the integrated Harmonic-Drive rotary axis and the Jäger high frequency spindle. Thus they are perfectly suitable for all kinds of applications where smaller workpieces have to be machined by four or five axes simultaneously. The automatic rotary axis measurement and the automatic axis compensation guarantee a consistently high machining precision. The Impression systems are available in four different variants.
CAM 4-02 and CAM 5-02 Impression
The systems CAM 4-02 and CAM 5-02 Impression are our comfortable all-rounders. Their fields of application are mainly in the sectors of dental technology, jewellery production and micro-machining. CAM 5-02 Impression is the model for five-axis operation in the dental sector. Both systems distinguish themselves particularly by an automatic tool changer which enables a complete machining of the workpiece without manual intervention of the operator. Furthermore they score when you have to exchange the workpieces – thanks to the pneumatic collet chuck the complete fixing device can be exchanged easily within seconds. Using the optional minimum quantity lubrication, this system can also process metal. It doesn’t matter whether you want to produce crown and bridge frameworks for the dental technology, wax models for jewellery production or if you directly process other objects of wood, plastics or metal – we offer a wide range of clamping devices to safely fix your workpieces.

CAM 4-K1 and CAM 4-K2 Impression
CAM 4-K1 Impression and CAM 4-K2 Impression are micro-machining systems, too. Drawing on our many years of experience in dental technology, we have newly constructed these machines especially for the tasks in this field of application. The main focus of the development has been put on a consistent concentration on the essentials. Most obvious is the extremely compact design. Upon closer examination, the uncompromisingly rigid construction of the new vhf system leaps to the eye. So it is ensured that you will achieve first-class results.

Compared with our comfortable all-rounders, CAM 4-02 Impression and CAM 5-02 Impression, some features which are not absolutely necessary could be omitted due to the focus on dental technology: for instance the pneumatic collet chuck for exchanging the workpiece. However, in order to exchange a blank, the fixing device will be automatically moved to the front of the machining area so that this can be done quickly and comfortably. Using CAM 4-K1 Impression, the tools will be exchanged within seconds due to a convenient quick chucking device. If you do not want to perform this manually, we recommend the model CAM 4-K2 Impression where you get an automatic tool changer with six stations.
