Four Tooth Cutters Varius®

Description

The four tooth cutters of our own brand Varius® are made of finest grain carbide. They have a 30 degree spiral flute and are centre cutting. They are already TiAlN coated for a longer endurance. Some of the tools are available with the even harder Hyperlox® coating (AlTiN) instead of the TiAlN coating.

Fields of Application

We recommend to use four tooth cutters for working on high-alloy steel and tempered steel, cast, titanium, nickel alloys, die steel and other materials which are hard to machine.
