Isolation Engraving Tool

This conic special tool has been developed exclusively for vhf; the exact geometry of the cutting edge remains a “secret recipe”. The tip of the tool is tapered from 0.05 to 0.7 mm with a top angle of 90 degrees. This results in extremely burr-free and absolutely finely cleared out isolation channels. This is for instance decisive for your success when you produce prototypes of printed circuit boards.

Stop Ring

All cutters are equipped with a stop ring (red), distance from tool tip to back of ring: 15 mm; on request also available without stop ring.
