Router bits with top angles of 90 and 135 degrees for bending aluminium composite plates.

Description

This tool consists of a massive steel corpus with an inserted double-toothed carbide plate. The top angle is 90 or 135 degrees.

Fields of Application

With these V-slot cutters you can bend aluminium composite plates with a thickness of 3 to 6 mm. The tool with 90 degrees produces rectangular bendings with a bottom width of 3 mm, the tool with 135 degrees acute-angled bendings of 45 degrees with a bottom width of 2 mm.
